  • Our minimum GPA requirement is a 2.5 Cumulative GPA. Academics is a top priority of Theta Phi Gamma and we encourage all sisters to prioritize education alongside sisterhood and philanthropy.

  • Not at all! While we enjoy creating social connections and memorable experiences together, Theta Phi Gamma is deeply rooted in philanthropy, leadership development, academic achievement, mentorship, and community service.

We believe that sisterhood should uplift, not intimidate. Our organization has a strict anti-hazing stance and does not tolerate hazing in any form. We prioritize accountability, and personal growth.

  • We understand financial concerns and strive to keep things as accessible as possible. While there are membership dues, we work with sisters and provide transparency regarding financial expectations. Interests that would like to attend our recruitment events do so completely free!

  • We participate in philanthropy walks, cultural events, community service initiatives, social events, stroll performances, leadership development, and collaborations with other organizations.

  • Of course! Many sisters join not knowing anyone at all. Theta Phi Gamma is about building lifelong connections and helping each other feel supported and included.

  • Yes, participation and communication are important parts of maintaining a strong sisterhood. However, we also understand that school, work, and personal responsibilities come first, and we encourage balance.
